Seeing how the Hana Relay is right around the corner, and seeing how the Asphalt Heroes won’t be making a run at the top 10 for the first time in five years, and seeing how Kahului Costco September beer sales will be significantly down from 2007… I’m going to start a two week recap of the last four years, in celebration of what would’ve been our fifth.
Let’s begin with last year. 2007 saw a makeshift crew of 3 veterans and two rookies tackle the top ten. It was ML’s inaugural run, but he came out strong, picking up an extra leg and securing the always important “first-right-of-refusal”. Good on ya’, someone get ML a BL.
